Lockton strengthens Cyber & Technology team with the addition of Chuck Jainchill as U.S. Cyber & Technology Product Leader

Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, is pleased to announce that Chuck Jainchill has joined as U.S. Cyber & Technology Product Leader. In this critical role, he will lead Lockton's efforts in all aspects of cyber and technology errors and omissions (E&O) products. With his extensive experience, he will manage Lockton's insurer relationships, develop innovative market-leading products for Lockton clients, and provide invaluable support to broking teams as the lead coverage resource. Additionally, Jainchill will collaborate closely with Lockton's claims, risk consulting, and data and analytics teams to deliver cutting-edge cyber solutions for clients. Based in New York, Jainchill will report to Michelle Faylo, Lockton's U.S. Cyber & Technology Practice Leader.

"I am thrilled that Chuck is joining Lockton's growing cyber team,” said Faylo. “His profound technical expertise and legal background make him a perfect fit for our organization. With his arrival, our clients and associates will benefit greatly from his knowledge and experience."

Jainchill joins Lockton after 16 years at AIG, where he most recently served as the Global Cyber Product Development Leader. Prior to that role, he held the position of Division Counsel of the Professional Liability Division for AIG Financial Lines. Before his time at AIG, he worked as an attorney in private practice, including in the corporate litigation department of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

“Lockton's commitment to independence and client-focused approach have solidified its position as an industry leader and a dynamic workplace," said Jainchill. “I look forward to working with the entire cyber team to serve clients and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs."
