Having qualified as a solicitor in 2012, Emily formerly worked in private practice at international law firms, spending over five years in the corporate team at Pinsent Masons as a general M&A lawyer before moving to Latham & Watkins where she focussed on transactional due diligence. Emily is based in Manchester.
