Pannarat Chuntorntaweekiat Wins 2025 Lockton Cares Community Impact Award

“Seeing our colleagues come together to make a genuine difference in the community is truly inspiring,” Pannarat Chuntorntaweekiat said.

Since taking charge of the CSR program at Lockton Wattana, Pannarat has brought together Associates, clients, and partners around a shared purpose: expanding educational opportunities and improving the quality of life for disadvantaged groups in Thailand.

In recognition of her leadership and dedication to serving the community, Pannarat has been named a recipient of the 2025 Lockton Cares Community Impact Award. She was awarded a USD 25,000 donation to a charity of her choice, on behalf of the Lockton family.

Pannarat selected The Man That Rescues Dogs (opens a new window), a dog sanctuary that is home to over 800 stray dogs. Covering an area of 8,000 square meters, the sanctuary has eight main shelters, a full-service clinic, and specialized care units.

“In the past, we made several donations to support underprivileged children and sick monks. Stray and disabled dogs are another group we truly wish to support,” said the department manager of People Solutions team.

Pannarat added that Lockton and the senior management team always encourage Associates to engage in volunteer activities and do good deeds for the community. This inspired her to assemble a group of Associates to establish the Charity Hive Club.

In March 2025, she led the Charity Hive Club to run a volunteer day at Wat Klang Chusri Charoensuk School in Sing Buri, a central province located about 140 km north of Bangkok.

The project aimed to create a safer and better learning environment for the 180 schoolchildren there. Pannarat led the Lockton volunteer team to repaint classroom blocks, donate sports equipment and refurbished computers, and raise THB 15,000 for a scholarship fund.

In collaboration with the Good Shepherd Sisters Thailand, Pannarat gathered a group of 25 Associates to conduct storytelling sessions for more than sixty kindergarten pupils. Many of them have continued as reading mentors.

At Lockton Wattana Thailand, volunteer participation rate has risen from 12 percent to 48 percent in just two years.

Pannarat also organized a matching donation campaign to support vocational and educational programs under the Good Shepherd Sisters Thailand. She secured a THB 250,000 donation from Lockton Wattana Thailand and worked with two partners to match the contributions, tripling the amount to THB 750,000.

To enhance transparency and accountability, Pannarat plays a key role in implementing a comprehensive CSR dashboard that tracks volunteer hours, the number of beneficiaries reached, and the total funds disbursed.

“What drives me to keep giving back is the sense of connection and shared purpose it brings. When we work together to make a difference, it not only strengthens the community but also reminds me how powerful collective effort can be.”
