We are pleased to share that Julian Park has joined Lockton as Head of People Solutions, South Korea, effective 9 February 2026. Based in Seoul, Julian will sit on both the South Korea Management Team and the Asia People Solutions Leadership Team, reporting to Ben Son, CEO of Korea, and Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions – Asia.
In this role, Julian will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading our People Solutions capability in South Korea. He will partner closely with our regional specialists to deliver the full strength of Lockton’s solutions to clients, while also advising local leadership on a wide range of people and talent matters through his extensive HR expertise.
Julian brings a strong track record across consulting and HR leadership. His previous roles include Head of Health Solutions at Aon Korea, Head of Human Resources at Marsh and Aon, and senior HR positions at Oracle. His experience spans M&A, change management, organisational development, HR transformation, rewards strategy, and delivering health and risk solutions to clients navigating Korea’s complex labour landscape.
With his growth‑oriented mindset and deep industry relationships, Julian will be instrumental in shaping a high‑performing People Solutions team and strengthening Lockton’s presence in the Korean market as we continue to expand.
Outside of work, Julian is passionate about supporting others in achieving balance and well‑being. He is a devoted father to his 11‑year‑old daughter and enjoys Taekwondo and billiards in his free time.
