LONDON, NOVEMBER 12th, 2025—Lockton Re, the reinsurance business of the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker, has appointed Mozum Khan in a new role as Global Head of Property Innovation & Solutions. Khan is based in Dubai working with Lockton Re colleagues, clients and partners across the globe.

Khan was most recently Managing Director, Analytics, Aon having previously held a number of leadership roles at Axa XL, most recently Head of Climate & Disaster Data & Analytics. He joined AXA XL from Catlin where he was a Treaty Aggregate Modelling Manager having joined from Aspen Re. Khan’s experience within underwriting and broking with both an insurance and reinsurance lens means he brings great experience and expertise to Lockton Re.
