McGee spent over a decade at Willis Towers Watson as the Northeast lead of its absence life and disability practice assisting clients across the spectrum of absence, disability, paid time off and life insurance programs. He specializes in providing employers with strategic guidance and oversight, underwriting/funding reviews, plan design evaluations, paid time off and paid family/medical leave assessments, vendor selection, renewal assessments. McGee has worked with numerous Fortune employers across various industries, including aerospace
and defense, airline, energy, financial services, healthcare, higher education, insurance, manufacturing, retail, technology and telecommunications.
