Lockton Companies, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce its commitment to providing outstanding surety resources for its clients through the addition of two key executives focused on both construction and corporate bond products.
Joining Lockton’s Scottsdale office is Senior Vice President and Client Advocate Jim Bracy, CPA, CCIFP, and Assistant Vice President Andrea Windish. Together, they collectively bring over 40 years of executive-level financial leadership. The team adds to a robust practice that focuses on providing sophisticated surety services to local, national and international clients. The move was effective August 11.
Jim is a graduate of the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), and Licensed Arizona Insurance Agent. He is joining Lockton after seven years with Willis Towers Watson. Andrea is a graduate from Arizona State University. She is an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) and a Licensed Arizona Insurance Agent. She joins Lockton after nine years with Lovitt & Touché (a Marsh McLennan Agency).

Lockton has traditionally offered its other insurance and risk management services out of the Scottsdale office but wanted to put some surety boots on the ground as it expands its Arizona practice. The company now has 58 people working out of its office on North Scottsdale Road.
